On a positive note, did they get rid of the Bluetooth deadspot around there or did something change when my phone updated?

It’s been a couple weeks without kicking me off.

I avoid college at all costs. Now that my kids are grown and I don't have to frequent that Chick filet, I NEVER use college.

Just make it a Dead End at the railroad tracks. That will cut down on some of the traffic.

oh I don't think so....college has too many lights and intersections that fit like 5 cars and idiots just keep piling into them to make it even worse

Essen sucks but college is worse

That's how we got to this point as a nation.

There is no fixing that road. The model of allowing businesses to pile up on top of interstate exits is unsustainable. The Pecue project isn't even finished and business are already being built on top of it. Most other cities have the sense to make use of service roads instead of these intersections.

College is the only north/south thoroughfare between Airline and the River that goes a distance.

I can't think of a single metric by which Essen would be worse than College. I can't remember sitting through an entire light cycle without moving on Essen; that routinely happens to me on College when I have the misfortune of driving on it during the day.

That's the exact metric. Heading north, at the light by the hospital at Hennessy. The next light is not that far away and then the next light is even a shorter distance. I've been there where no more than a few cars make it thru the light at Hennessy. I've sat at that light for as many as 5 or 6 cycles.

But I digress. College sucks and very well could be worse.

We're calling Perkins to Jefferson "a distance"?
