Keepers: Fears, Queen, Trey, Karlo, Missi, Peavy
Keep unless upgrade available: McGowens, Poole - I think we need to rehab him some more and maybe as an expiring this offseason, he might be worth something.
Trade: Herb, Zion, Murray, Hawkins, Looney
Keep unless great offer: Jose, Bey

I think the goal should be to continue to get the rookies experience. You need guys like Jose and Bey to keep the team professional.

But I'd try to trade Herb and Zion for picks and get off Murray's salary if we can.

We absolutely need another pick in this draft.

Keepers: Fears, Queen, Trey, DJ

Keep unless they have to be a piece in a trade: McGowens, Peavy, Karlo, Bey

Keep unless upgrade/ picks available: Poole, Missi

Trade: Herb, Zion, Jose, Hawkins, Looney

If Queen is our future C and/ or we know the plan should be to put a better C next to him then you trade Missi IMO.

You gotta keep Murray through the season, if not we would be giving up the 2027 unprotected 1st to move him.

We should be looking at moving Missi, Jose, Herb and Hawk this season for upgrades/picks. Let everyone else play out the season and see if you can rehab some value of some of the other guys.

Keep: Fears, Queen, Missi, Bey
Trade: Everyone else

I'd be ok keeping Trey but he's our most valuable asset and will bring the most return so I'm fine shipping him.

You gonna have to keep him at least up until next years trade deadline and hope he has plus value by then. If not, just hold onto to him and he split time with Fears.

Who’s signing here to fill out our salary? Three rookie contracts and Beys low cost deal.

This isn't me trying to be armchair GM, that's me saying I just want to blow it up.

Keep: Fears, Queen

Trey stays unless there is a godfather offer.

Trade Herb for a good 1st + prospect + bad salary.

Trade Zion at deadline. Pray Zion builds some value before then and hope at least two of WAS, SAC, CHA, or CHI think they can fix him.

Trade Jose to NYK. He has a player option that he will decline, so better to get something for him now.

Trade Missi and Hawkins while they have some value. Missi is a mediocre fit with Queen and Fears. I don’t see it with him on defense and he doesn’t space. Hawk is trash, but other teams might believe he’d excel in a new environment.

Sign McGowens to a real deal. Try to add bigs with complementary skillsets to evaluate archetypes with Queen/Fears. Rebuild value in Dejounte and Poole for offseason.

Keeping Queen, Fears, Missi, Karlo, and Peavy.

Sign McGowens to a 4 year minimum deal with team options and little guaranteed money.

Only trading Herb and Trey if the offers are really good. I think they will help Fears and Queen develop, and that’s worth more than some shitty 1sts. Now if we get a god father offer then I’ll listen. Herb I’m way more willing to listen on.

Trade Jose, Bey, and Zion at the deadline for anything you can get. Just don’t take back bad salary. Cut Zion in the offseason if you can’t find a deal at the deadline

DJM is a huge negative asset so you need to hold him until he plays well or becomes an expiring. I’d also see if we can trade him for another bad contract that has less years but more money each year. I’m looking at Zach Lavine, him and Dejounte are both owed like 95 million but Lavine is over 2 years and Dejounte is over 3 years. The Kings need a point guard and we’d have another huge expiring contract next year with Lavine

Poole and Hawk aren’t going anywhere this deadline but they become 41m of expiring contracts in the offseason. I’d be shopping that around to take on a bad contract for picks.

I’d be keeping my eye out for a long term stretch big we can play next to Queen to cover him on defense. Someone like Jabari Smith. If Queen is our Jokic, we need to get him his Aaron Gordon

I hate to break this to everyone, but most of these guys' contract situations will make trading them very hard this season. No one is on an expiring deal.

This time next season is the time to sell. This year we are stuck with the guys we have.

Just don't get upset when they don't hardly trade anyone this year; this is the reason.

I can't imagine there is a team in the league which would take Murray's contract off our hands.

Could see Looney as a buyout guy, no one is giving up any value for him. I can't imagine Hawkins has any trade value either, he's not an NBA caliber rotation player.

The only roster move i'd like to see made is Zion traded in the next 2 months.

While i know Queen is the future, most likely at the 5 position, i still think it's imperative that we somehow get one of the few 5's in this league that can knock down 3's. I'd really like to see Queen play with a big that can shoot.
If the Bucks are trading Giannis, then Bobby Portis should be someone we try to get, followed closely by Myles Turner.
Noah Clowney has had a really nice start to the year with the Nets as well shooting 36% from 3 on 6.4 attempts, and he's a 80+ percent FT shooter. He would be my first choice on my wish list, mainly b/c of his age and how he fits with our new young roster.
I think Herb is the obvious trade partner for us to get this quality big man that can shoot.

No one is giving up a 1st round pick for Jose, and trading Jose for 2nd round picks is fricking retarded. It would be beyond stupid to not resign Jose this offseason.
I don't really want to trade anyone unless it nets us some 1st round picks. If Herb can get us 2, then sure i'll move him, but i don't really want to. Id' trade Herb for Portis straight up if that was available.

Obviously not trading Fears and Queen, but i'm also not trading Trey, Bey or Karlo, and obviously Jose. I don't think there's a trade out there for Poole or Murray. Maybe Poole in the offseason since he's an expiring, but if he's accepted an off the bench role, then i'd be more than happy to keep him. The only reason i'd move him is if he was taking quality minutes from Fears.

What i'd like to see next year as our roster:

Fears/Jose
Murray/Poole/Hawkins
Trey/Bey/McGowins/Peavy
Queen/Karlo
5 that can shoot a 3/Missi

We ain't winning shite, I dont really want to do anything at deadline. Sellers always get more value after season it seems.

You get back players in the trades.
