They mistakenly grab the wrong guy, but since he's white, they blast his name everywhere?

Yup. Would be an interesting court case if he's willing to look into it.
I heard the fox news radio clip on the AU shooting. They just mentioned how it was a father and son as the shooters. No mention of names or that they are moslims shooting up a Jewish celebration.

Extremely white means he didn’t like chitlins? Collared Greens? Had a checking account? Had no sun tan ? Preferred something other than Rap music? What is that suppose to mean being extremely white?

He was arrested I should point out. That means it is a matter of public record. If he was just interviewed or questioned, even if detained but free to leave, it is not a matter of public record.
That also means there was probable cause. My gut tells me he's involved in either they wanted to bait him or they jumped the gun on evidence.

You're correct but tip toeing around the final piece of the puzzle.....not quite there.

The REAL issue here is if they did not have enough evidence to first arrest him, which they did, and then hold him (which they didn't) why were they able....
A) to get a probable cause arrest warrant from a judge?
B) decide to even take it to a judge in the first place FOR ARREST, not search?
This reeks of wishful thinking by the investigators. That's the real issue. Once a judge signed off and they took him into custody it didn't matter if 'they released' the info or not... anyone could have looked it up at that point.
I MAY turnout they were over the target; that's my guess. But if turns out this was just a guy in a hotel with guns (facts) that someone freaked out because of the guns, which is very possible, both the investigators AND judge need to be closely examined.
Don't forget that the FBI participated in geolocating this guy but at the same time they stated they were acting on a tip (see above). Those two don't jive. That means to me they faked the tip and this arrest was not righteous... if true.
