how is this any different than all the dude cops at the uvalde shooting - especially the guy looking at his punisher phone - that took cover and didn't engage?

They’re just not rational and all of their decisions are based on emotions, not reality or fact.
They have a much larger purpose in life and it’s beautiful, but they absolutely should not be leaders.

Were these dainty, uniformed ladies hiding out while a civilian male attempted to disarm and stop one of the shooters?
I'd take a random dude off the street over a uniformed woman any day of the week. Men can and do disassociate from fear far better than women. There are exceptions, but they are exceptions for a reason.
