Haven’t seen one yet but just started following this. Brown did make a post a bit ago saying suspect in custody and just posted suspect is not in custody.

AP incorrectly reported suspect was in custody, incredibly irresponsible and dangerous. God forbid anyone let their guard down in light of that false reporting.

Also saw they arrested a suspect (Asian guy) but then cleared him after his interview, actual shooter is still at large.
