Lawyers present Presidential pardon to Tina Peters's jailers. Colorado: "So?"

Four minute Bannon interview on Rumble about the visit of her lawyers to the Colorado prison where she is being held. They presented President Trump’s pardon of Peters and demanded she be released.
Colorado officials said no...twice. No word on the strategy from this point forward. Peters remains in jail.

Was she convicted in Colorado State Courts? If so, the President has no pardon power over that.

If they’re state charges, do they even have to comply? This seems like the administration is going to have to fight with the state on this.

no. gov polis is the only person that can pardon her and he's made it clear he won't

Why is this fight happening now? I remember when this all went down, but I don’t recall it being a “sham trial”. Were the charges shite? I do remember Griswold going after her pretty hard. Out of all of the “blue” governors, Polis is as close to moderate as you can get.

I am not sure what they are trying to do here.

You send a SEAL team in to get her! It’s not that hard to figure out. Kill the fricking guards and let her out.

This is discouraging. I hate seeing innocent people locked away.

What does this have to do with Tina Peters?

I believe Trumps team is arguing that the state charges are over a national election, so national interests are primary.
This is really to expose CO as the powerless small state that it is. Likely this is an opening salvo.

The hypocrisy of leftist judges in Anglo nations releasing violent minorities over and over and over again but bringing the absolute hammer on white conservative first time offenders is disgusting and any decent person would acknowledge that

Her county isn’t exactly left-leaning.

If Colorado refuses to comply, it’s time for the national guard to roll in and take over the state.
Trump gave them a direct order. Either comply, or deal with the consequences.

Of course, Article II makes it clear that the President can only pardon offenses against the United States.
Since the pardon was signed on December 5, I just thought there would have been some plan to try to execute it. Apparently, there wasn't any co-ordination between the White House and Peters's attorneys.
I guess the lawyers might file a writ of mandamus with a federal court, but the law is so clear that that won't do any good. My prediction is that the Administration won't do anything further. Rather than force a legal battle they would lose, they will just blame this on activist judges somehow.
On the other hand, it WOULD be interesting to see what would happen if the US Marshalls showed up to demand her release.
