The Federal government can and has taken into their custody said prisoner and placed them under the Marshall Service until testimony is fully given.

The law below lays out exactly what Lawful code would or could be used to relieve a prisoner from States jurisdiction.

Straight white Christians are the most prosecuted people on earth.

But, of all of the cases and instances that have been discussed here for 5 years, I don’t see this being the one that “breaks it all open”. This does not make sense.

So-called "small government, state's rights, Conservative" types advocating for the complete destruction of those states rights by the Federal government that they've sworn to hate and distrust for the past decade because their team happens to have the ball right now.
