I've been on TD for a long time and a life long resident of Louisiana......Every time i've seen Bawcomville referenced on this site, i thought it was simply some made up term used for laughs...

It’s on the other side of the Ouachita river south of west Monroe.
I got stuck in that parade one day when going to the rifle range. They were throwing out cans of Vienna sausages, twinkies, etc. You have to shake your head at those ppl.
