If there were prior actions or knowledge from Michigan that Moore likely would react allegedly as he did, there are potential duties they should have followed to mitigate fallout or actions toward their other employee.
They are about to get sued out the arse.

It means that the AD met with the coach, alone, and fired him. He did so knowing that the coach was having mental health issues.

I see at least two people fired a month on the job site(residential and commercial construction)… I fire at least one a year myself… ain’t no need for HR or us calling security out there… and these guys way more dangerous than Moore

Corporate HR is nothing more than a wing of corporate legal departments nowadays. They are there because it is mandated in internal and auditable policies for them to be there during immediate terminations. The fact the HC rep wasn’t not there is a slam dunk for Moore in a civil suit around his firing.
UM has fricked up here in more ways than one. On the surface and in the media, Moore and Warde will be the sacrifices, but there will be a lot more in the bowels of UMs operations and legal sectors that lose their jobs because of all this.
