Horrendous team names.
Hate to see the chef leave but he’s been pretty irrelevant last few years. Im would be a big loss for the PGA, he’s shown some upside the last few years. I would guess the travel for both gets old, even though I would think they are based stateside now?

Adding two top-50 OWGR guys would certainly help the field rating for LIV events if they can get OWGR pts this year.
I was thinking Si Woo was the one who is pretty close with Scheffler & Burns, but I believe that’s Tom Kim

Guess I won't be seeing them on TV any time soon then..

Si Woo just earned an exemption to The Open with his 3rd place finish at Australian Open last weekend

My apologies. I was thinking Min Woo Lee not Si Woo Kim.
Yes Tom Kim is very close with those guys.

If true, the President's Cup is going to be even more of a bloodbath this year.

Original tweet was deleted about Sungjae
The report on Si Woo is still accurate… I wonder if there is still another South Korean in the mix & who it could be
Byeong Hun An?
Tom Kim?

Can we ban Pirate King and Pride from using Nuclr Golf as a source in every post? That site seems as reliable as The Onion.

A liv poster looks like a complete moron:
“Quick, let’s also make fun of pride who has been correct about everything liv so we can look fair and balanced”

Huh? I'm not talking about you being right or wrong about LIV, I know you've been right about numerous things. I'm just saying can people stop using NUCLR golf as a source.

LIV is going pretty all in on the international angle. Koepka leaving and two more foreign guys joining. Probably aiming for a full SK team.
It makes sense from a differentiation perspective. They can tap into non-US markets where the pga doesn’t dominate and it’s probably the only way to get any sort of traction on the team concept. Basically to have each country have their own team.
Downside if you’re a LIVer is the more they do that the less appealing it’ll be for any American players and American broadcasters/sponsors. More weird time zones for foreign events.

Sungjae and Si woo are the only ones that make sense. They're exempt from military service for winning team gold at asian games. The other guys need the OWGR points to qualify for Asian Games and Olympic teams for a chance to get the military exemption. Hard to see any of the other South Koreans going

NUCLR golf and flushingitgolf essentially throw shite at the wall and hope it sticks. I think they hear rumors and post them as facts with 0 confirmation.
Wouldn’t be surprised if Jim runs the accounts

I can’t say either is that much of a loss. Plenty of good talent coming out of college headed for the tour. Some will make it, the kid from Auburn looks like he’s got what it takes.

This thread happens every few months with Pirate posting one of these bogus rumors. Maybe the SWK aspect is true, though.
