Im willing to change my mind when Im presented with new information. I'm petty sure this is new video thats never been seen before. Ive never seen that particular clip before where he explicitly said to disregard the police and celebrated "taking the capitol".
This has me reconsidering that maybe he is a fed. Almost zero chance he wouldn't have been prosecuted for saying that stuff if he wasn't a fed.
