Why are Shedeur Sanders fans flexing about a 31-29 loss to the Titans?

I mean I know Shedeur had decent stats but he lost to the worst team in the league and threw a pick against them.
I guess we have to just keep believing regardless of the Browns record.

He wasn't complete garbage against the worst team in the league, it's bottle poppin time.

Same reason burrow fans flex eventhough his team has missed the playoffs 4/6 years

Because what you want to see from rookie QBs is flashes of success. He flashed a lot this last game. It's not like every other QB the titans played against lit them up. He could be complete arse for the rest of the season but doing this in snowy conditions with two starters out on the OL and being hit 14 times by the Titans and after just starting to get first team reps over the last few weeks is impressive.
Week 1 – Bo Nix: 176 yards
Week 2 – Matthew Stafford: 298 yards
Week 3 – Daniel Jones: 272 yards
Week 4 – C.J. Stroud: 233 yards
Week 5 – Kyler Murray: 220 yards
Week 6 – Geno Smith: 174 yards
Week 7 – Drake Maye: 222 yards
Week 8 – Daniel Jones: 228 yards
Week 9 – Justin Herbert: 250 yards
Week 10 – BYE WEEK
Week 11 – Davis Mills: 274
Week 12 – Sam Darnold: 244 yards
Week 13 – Trevor Lawrence: 229 yards
Week 14 – Shedeur Sanders: 364 yards

Name another QB that threw for 300 yards against the Titans this season

Teams generally don't need to throw against the Titans.

They were busy handing it off all 2nd half while they were up by 20 pts

A lot of people here have said he was going to be cut in camp, then they said he'd never play, then they said he could never have a good game... and yet... he's now starting, played a good game, and was the biggest reason they even had a chance at winning.
It's not his fault they had a punt blocked and a fumble that led to an easy 10 points for Tennessee.
He also wasn't the idiot who decided to pull him for the two point conversion attempt only to a run a trick play the players didn't even seem to know was called.
Like it or not it looks like he's starting to develop into a legitimate NFL QB. Does he still have some stuff to work on? Of course. But he's clearly better than Gabriel and so far seems to be doing enough that they probably can hold off on using one of their early picks on a QB.

Shedeur didn’t give up 31 points.

You think he was the reason they lost that game?

He’s a qb in the developmental part of his career. The hate isn’t really needed. There will be plenty of time to see if he will be a good starter in the league.

Burrow fans are flexing because he's white?
Learn something new every day, I guess.

Every Cleveland QB has been the next great savior of the franchise the past few decades when they have a few decent games. They all end up the same.

Always funny when people just make up shite
Broncos - one point game @ half
Rams - three point game @ half
Chargers - three point game @ half
Cardinals - 1 point game in the 4th
Patriots - four point game @ half
Rams - three point game @ half
Texans - 3 point game @ half

He outperformed the guy picked 150 picks in front of him
It's alright to hate Shedeur. It's also alright to admit that it's dumb he was a 5th Rd pick sitting behind Flacco and Gabriel for 10 weeks.
He's a talented QB that is showing that talent on one of the worst franchises in professional sports.

Maybe you missed it in the other thread, but your favorite QB in the world called Burrow one of the best QB's of all time, literally 2 minutes after the game yesterday.
Nobody has to flex shite with Burrow. It's obvious he is elite and he's been unlucky with serious injuries. Dude drops into the middle of the season (while every other player is in rhythm of the season), 2 months early on his rehab and is still elite. Takes a lot of hate or blindness not to realize that.

Not playing him on a 2 point try to tie the game is malfeasance.

Almost 4 seconds on pass attempts and he still can’t find open receivers because his eyes never come down to the short routes. The biggest issue he had in college was he was always trying to extend plays and looking for the deep shot. The only reason he’s not on his back every other play is because his OL hasn’t faced a good pass rush since he’s been starting.
