Thomas is the best PG since Tremont Waters & Nwoko reminds me of Naz Reid. Since we’ve played such a weak schedule, it’s hard to know if this is fools gold again or if we have just enough to make the NCAA tournament.

If Nwoko can stay out of foul trouble, I think we can make it.

I admire your enthusiasm, but Nwoko & Naz Reid aren’t in the same universe.

I miss LSU being good in men’s basketball. I go back to the Chris Jackson & Shaq days. The Def Dome was fun. Randy Livingston & Stromile Swift were favorites.

The biggest problem I see with LSU mbb is STILL the offense.
I can’t remember watching a single game since CMM has been here and seeing an offense with a clear game plan or playing well as a unit.
Very clunky and random/unorganized offense.
Last year was some of the worst half court offense I’ve ever seen in D1 ball, and I’m not seeing a big difference yet this year besides slightly better players.

I agree his offensive scheme seems nonexistent. I don’t think he’s a LT answer.

The next two games will by far be our toughest challenges yet. Let’s see how they look after that. They’ve looked much improved and I want to believe, but I’m not ready to make any proclamation yet.

The twin pyramids. Stanley Roberts and Shaq plus CJ., V. Singleton

Three guys that probably should've been double teamed every time they touch the ball and we couldn't get to the ship. I think we lost to Georgia Tech when they had Brian Oliver, Kenny Anderson and Dennis Scott. Chris Jackson might've had the flu that game I can't remember

our Net Ranking is really high for such a shite schedule so far—if he can go 9-9 in SEC we should get in

Its cute that so many of you think this team is good. They will finish in the bottom 4 of the SEC.

McMahon will be gone, and Verge will swing his dick and pull in a great basketball hire. This is McMahon's best team and he will still struggle to make the NIT.

I’m just a casual basketball fan. Didn’t the SEC have 14 out of 16 teams make the 2025 NCAA tournament? They had some teams with pretty bad losing records get in?

I really like this team. It's an older team, with a ton of Seniors. So they are going for it. I like the balance, with size and shooting. This might be the biggest team we've have in years. I hope we get in and make a run.

Tap the breaks a little. We haven’t even played a sub NET 100 team yet. Let’s see what happens today and next week.

Possible NIT invite if the team gets some breaks to go their way.

The only thing similar about Nwoko and Reid is their size. Otherwise, completely different players. Reid could shoot 3s, where’s Nwoko is much stronger in and around the paint.
