For the future - if we are light or don’t sign any high schoolers during the signing periods, regardless of position, then the team will supplement in the portal

Barring any transfers, plenty of promising ones on the roster that will come back next season more ready for SEC play: Braker, Ross, Moses, Weeks, Keys & Singleton. Also looking forward to seeing Jimcoily at 6'3" 220 maybe filling that STAR role or hybrid S/LB if we have a new DC.

While I agree. I still feel like trying to field a team needing 30+ new players for depth and top end talent that’s going to be a tall task to rely that heavily on the portal. Typically the portal doesn’t have that many top end guys that can come in and contribute on the level we’re going to need them to be.

LB? I swear the dude must be an enigma. I have seen him listed as OL, DE, DT, and now LB? We sure he can’t be a TE or RB as well? Maybe a CB.

Landry needs to get to work on Whit... Maybe he can stick around with little brother. For that matter, if he isn't at full health for the combine, it could limit his draft stock.

It won't be this volatile, but Dieon Sanders completely flipped Colorado's roster in his first year and brought in 47 players through the portal. So ya you could fill up spots no problem. Might not be the pick of the litter though
