I haven’t read thru the comments but I highly highly recommend anything by Bob rotella. He’s a mental golf coach and has helped the best in the world. Playing with athleticism and an unconscious mind is the goal. Trust me read his books. My personal favorite is make your next shot your best shot. Get back to me after you get results. Good luck

Has anyone ever experienced this injury? If so do you have any recommendations for rehab etc?
Been struggling with this since April of this year. It’s never been extreme pain but seems to heal extremely slow and easily aggravated.

Tamahka has a great club pro. Wonderful staff always easy going. For that alone I’m going there. Kaosati is a great track very fun and challenging course none the less.
