Attention SFP, Bamer Mt. and their comrades: this is not real, but it might be someday. So you don’t need to investigate.

He obviously didn’t care much for his property because he left it behind

It is too bad humans have gotten away from it. For so long it kept that mindset out of the gene pool.

That NYC man is actor Charles Bronson, and he dealt with that 40 or 50 years ago.

I agree. We are so far removed from that half of this country and sympathizing for drug runners getting blown out of water.

Actually shooting someone for stealing you’re property should be legal

They love movies of the wild west where everyday someone kills someone.

In real life crime was much worse in the Eastern Cities. (back in the day)

Some land fights were bad, but cowboys didn't kill each other like on tv.

To me, he'll always be the harmonica playing badass in Once Upon a Time in The West.

Using deadly force to protect or retain property is to some extent is legal in Texas.

I'm not a lawyer as my parents were married when I was born, AND I know who my father was.
Below is what Brave AI says. I also remember a teenager get killed stealing a tape player out of a truck in Lakeway TX. Grand Jury no billed.

Brave AI,
Yes, the use of deadly force to protect property is legal in Texas under specific, narrowly defined circumstances. According to Texas Penal Code § 9.42, deadly force may be justified to protect land or tangible, movable property if the person reasonably believes it is immediately necessary to prevent the imminent commission of certain serious crimes, such as arson, burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, theft during nighttime, or criminal mischief during nighttime.

And the search continues with more situations allowing deadly force.
