how stupid does this look when teams bid for an athlete and then he ends up not working out and they paid him all this money for nothing. Some will work out obviously. However, I think you will see higher % of "flops" from your higher rated guys than in the past. Many get that money and then will stop working as hard and lose that competitive drive that got them there. thinking they made it.

This is how it's always been, now that it's not against the rules it's more out in the open.
