We just can’t catch a break

Frick man, awful news

He and our program just can't catch a break. Man. We need bodies inside. One of the positions we couldn't afford to lose someone.

That
fricking
sucks
Just when it looked like we had a pretty good roster heading into tougher schedule.

Man that kid can’t catch a break. Sucks for him and the team.
we actually look good enough to still compete at a high level without him, unlike last year.

Played completely gentle with him early on this season coming back from major injury coming off the bench playing limited minutes and didnt even make it 7 games. What a freaking bummer man.
I guess on the somewhat positive side for the team he was much less impactful this season than what was expected of him last year and the team has looked very good still.

That sucks, we were going to need him for SEC but he hasn’t started a game so far

This poor guy can't catch a break. Absolutely brutal last 365 days for him

Almost one year to the day since it was announced the he would miss the 2024-25 season with a knee injury.

It's a weird thing because the second- team offense will probably flow much better without him, but he was always good for a tough layup or rebound when you needed it. SEC play is where we'll miss him dearly.

Terrible news, kid has been a loyal Tiger.

Man that sucks . Feel terrible for him , back to back season ending injuries.

I’m guessing Gilhool is nowhere near ready. Could really use some minutes from him here or there.

That's brutal for him. You hate to see it.
From a team perspective Nwoko has been the better all-around frontcourt player, but Reed is an SEC body who I'm sure LSU was expecting to provide at least 15-25 mpg. Rob Miller has to start giving you much, much, more in terms of production. He's going to be critical against teams like Texas Tech and SMU, as well as SEC play.

I was told yesterday the basketball team was going to be "good"

Really need Miller to play like he did against Depaul. If he can keep that up we'll be OK. Might have to start getting the 6-1i freshman Gilhooly some PT now .

Hate to hear that. Was basically top 5 in minutes, points, & rebounds for this team.

Yep, really good depth piece and was hoping he'd get healthier and more impactful as the year went on.

Damn. That sucks for Jalen. He was playing really well before last year's injury, and the team really could have used him. It was good to see him work and come back from that injury this season. He was coming off the bench, but still very much a contributor. Heartbroken
