ive heard way before by everyone but a couple people who think hes going to want to coach in the sec championship game and he still has a chance in doing that if auburn beats Alabama. not buying that at all though.

With no divisions and a 12 team playoff the SECCG is now closer to a bowl game than something of actual significance. This will be one of the last ones ever played

Since A&M lost, I would imagine that the decision won't come until later. Bc OM still has a shot at SEC CG if Bama loses.

FWIW, Marty Smith (I know) was interviewed at halftime of the UT/A&M game and said he thinks the announcement will come “later in the day,” whatever that means.

I simply asked what would be the reason to announce on Saturday a decision instead of Friday after the Egg Bowl.
