He obviously wants to leave and coach at LSU next year. Otherwise, he’d just sign a contract with OM. But he also wants very badly to coach his team this year.

I think if OM is hard arse and tells him, either sign this contract or you can’t coach in the playoffs. I believe he’d then decide to stay at OM. If OM tells him thanks for everything and we’ll allow you to coach in the playoffs and then go to LSU. I believe he’s LSU bound.

I think that’s how bad he wants to finish out this season. Looks like he’s willing to sacrifice what he really wants for the good of his team.

If Lane wants to coach in the playoffs then LSU will just have to wait.

Ole Miss will never let him coach the playoffs if he announces he is doing to LSU

This conversation was had last week. Ole Miss AD said on air during the game “if Lane leaves we have a contingency plan in place.” It’s over

Never thought I would live to see the day when Lane Kiffin was the hottest coach available.

Yikes

If he doesn't leave for LSU I feel like he is hurting his future earnings. Sexton wont be able to wave him around in front of other elite programs for record breaking deals anymore.

You can keep saying you want to be considered and then never leave.

I don’t believe Lane has any love for LSU. I still feel like he’s using LSU for leverage.

Why would LSU allow him to coach another team in the playoffs. I get the finish what you started thought but LSU has a program to piece together for next season. That starts ASAP

Every time I think “welp that’s probably going to be the most retarded thing you’ll read this coaching change cycle” one of you comes dragging into a thread going wait a minute I got one better.

He already said that he has to make a decision tomorrow. He said he feels like he has to. So that pretty much means he’s not coaching in the playoffs.

My only question is where do the jews figure in on all of this. You know they’re pulling puppet strings behind the scenes somehow.

He's gonna tell Ole Miss that he's going to LSU tomorrow and that he wants to keep coaching Ole Miss throughout the playoffs. They're then gonna tell him "no", workout a settlement and he'll be at LSU by Sunday.

Ole Miss May not get another shot though. That's the only thing that makes me wander what they are doing. I mean I understand all the reasons ppl have said. But just saying..
