Turkey day in Fayetteville, AR yesterday and of the 12 kids there aged 16 to 24, not a single one gave a heck about any of the games.

They cared about Joe Burrows outfit, they pulled up his girlfriend and they talked about Kelce and the Dallas halftime show.

Normal, popular kids too. Was weird to me. They barely glanced at any of Chiefs Cowboys even though those are the 2 most popular teams here and the game went down to the wire. They played trivia games off their phone all night, screaming out answers. Good kids were fun but no football chat.

I felt heckin old - they did like my Gucci lion ring at least.

Why are you surprised? Queering around is what the NFL is all about now

My son loves football. But he isn’t sitting around watching games loaded with commercials for hours on end either— friends and family around, he would be outside playing football.

Only so many flags can be thrown before it gets boring. Go long on 3rd and get pass interference.. first down

Not sure why people are so pissy, what OP says is true. The interest in sports that young boys have today seems way, way lower than previous generations

Various posters here have linked many articles over the last 10 years about how youth participation is falling off a cliff. That doesn't have anything to do w/refs throwing flags on TV. That's parents straight up deciding their kids aren't playing ball.

Well homos generally don’t care about sports and if these kids are related to you, they are probably queer as a Frenchman in a San Francisco bathhouse
