What "illegal orders" are they referring to?

They have already backtracked on this somewhat. Glad this is happening because the left and neverTrumpers think their proclamations and opinions are above the law. OMB as their defense won't work.

That's the exact point Trump should have made from the beginning instead of going off the deep end and instantly calling for these traitorous bastards to be jailed. There would have been a perfect time for ramping up the rhetoric, and Trump did it too early.
A simple statement like "Neither my Administration or I have issued any illegal orders to our wonderful and patriotic service members, and anything you hear to the contrary is FAKE NEWS" would have been perfect.
I don't understand Trump's propensity towards taking the bait and feeding the narrative. Sometimes he's ten steps ahead, and other times he's just retarded.

This is exactly what should happen. However, it should be made public so we can watch all of them state, "the President has not ordered any illegal actions to take place", then make a compilation and post it on x and watch the leftist propagandists try to make excuses.

That's the problem though. People here 'don't follow illegal orders' and they assume this happened. Denying it just makes you look guilty. These frickwads knew what they were doing an and can hide behind that. The only way to stop shite like this is to hit back harder.

They point blank said the president was pitting the military against the people and is a threat to democracy before telling our troops not to obey unlawful orders, but SloFag insists that we all took this video out of context.

You know- the ones they didn’t agree with, so that HAD to be illegal.

They can backtrack all they want. They said what they said and if that crosses the line they need to be charged.
Just because they are powerful, rich or politically connected, they should not get a pass.

The left knows they're going to push their luck to the point where the Insurrection Act gets involved and then they're going to sing the blues about their perpetual victimhood

A couple of them are pilots and astronauts. They are a flight risk. Ankle bracelets and house arrest seems appropriate.

Trump should have said, "I agree military members have a right and are required to resist illegal orders, I'm glad Senator Kelly and the others agree with me on this point."
Something along those lines would have ended this foolishness and time wasting.

What is there to investigate? They said what they said. If it's illegal, charge them.

Dog and pony show.
More pretend prosecution that turns into voter frustration.
Same show, different stage.

His immediate response was simply: “sedition is punishable by death.” A factual statement. Everyone says we can’t get mad at the Dems for making a factual statement, yet gets to consider Trump’s implications and not just the factual statement?

Yawn...nothing will happen.

It was just an unsolicited PSA reminder not to follow illegal orders
