The whole Florida has been real quiet so that’s where he is going is strange to me. It’s been real silent with Kiffin to Arkansas too but not a soul believes he is going to Arky. He may end up at Florida but them being silent means it’s happening is dumb to me.

Kiffin wanted this as quiet as possible to maximize the chance he gets to coach in the playoffs. Those actually involved with the contract at UF have tried to do that with the help of their search firm. I think even some lower level staffers in the AD there have gag orders right now.

The announcement on Kiffin's future being on Saturday was done so OM could gauge fan reaction through the week and decide if he could coach it or not.

I believe he has told UF yes at some point. Don't believe he's signed anything yet but not sure on that.

I'm riding with my Florida prediction based on info I've gotten, though I don't feel as good about it as I did a few days ago

Social Media (UF) =/= Main Stream Media (LSU)

Everyone from ESPN to On3 to 247 has Kiffin going to LSU. Not one person with a big name has Kiffin going to Florida.

Somebody is feeding that information to them. Sexton? The university? Kiffin himself?

Is that why Florida is looking at other candidates right now and LSU isn't?
