First film in a while to do big numbers in China

ZOOTOPIA 2 is now tracking to make $500M+ on its opening weekend at the global box office!

A big $150M-$170M 5-day domestic opening. But America will not be its #1 market.

Official projections for ZOOTOPIA in China increased to $37M-$42M opening day, $200M+ opening weekend!

i liked the 1st one. And whatever coding folks want to put in there, it's make believe talking animals.

Hey, Gazelle was hot. Don't judge.

My youngest is too. He's watched the first one several times in the last month. It's a good movie minus that god damn Shakira song....

Well, if you've got young ones and heard it 100's of times, I can see the issue.

But I don't mind the song myself. Kinda like it.

So is The Rock.

Robert Irwin is voicing a koala named Robert Furwin too.

The first one was one of the best kids’ movies I’ve seen. Very fun and entertaining for parents and adults, too.

I wasn’t sure how popular it would be because it’s been 9 years since the original, and the first set of kids to watch it are now between 13 and 18, so clearly not in the target demographic now. However I suspect parents have been showing this to kids for a long time, so the next generation is also excited

I caught it on Freeform a few months ago and loved it and I’m in my mid 30’s .
