The expectations in BR are way too high for any coach to come here and survive more than 4-5 seasons. we suck as a fanbase sometimes.

I don't see the psychotic Saban-esque drive for a championship in the dude
I see him wanting to be the "cool" player's coach
He's in a place where he gets treated like a god with 8-9 win seasons, no natty expected, surrounded by hot co-eds, and he gets to troll his arse off on twitter and he knows OM will put up with it
Oh, and he's about to be the highest paid coach to do all that shite

4 or 5 seasons are a lot. It happens at any big football school if the HC does not do well.
