Ok, I don’t have the post history or pedigree of some of these other jack-legs posting their inside info, but I just got finished talking with someone I know in the Ops Dept.
Supposedly deal is agreed to in principal, it’s Kiffin. Presser / announcement this Sunday.
Ban bet in effect. If this dude’s lying then it’ll be a first.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I see no chance LSU or Kiffin announces anything before Ole Miss. Because Kiffin (and LSU) will be the bad guys, and arguably rightfully so.
Any news will break from Ole Miss imo. “Ole Miss has been informed that Lane Kiffin won’t be the Ole Miss coach in 2026, and Ole Miss has begun moving forward this season without Kiffin and has began a coaching search.”
I think Kiffin really wants to coach the playoffs and it’s gone be up to Ole Miss to decide if he is allowed to or not.
