1. He a great fallback. Young offensive guy who is built to thrive in the NIL era.
2. The Lane stuff got way too loud. Loose lip sink ships. Let our people cook and close the deal.
I think we can all agree as long as we don't end up with Drink, or promoting Frank we will be okay. Dilly, Heupel, hell even Riley would probably kill it here.

Sky is the limit for him at the right school, I think.

Ngl I don’t think Lincoln Riley has the mentality to thrive in the sec I truly don’t

This
I'd rather have Kiffin than Riley, but Dillingham would likely be one of my first choices

I’ll take Dillingham 10/10 times over Riley. Listening to that guy during interviews he is a fiery hungry guy with a killer mentality. Pair that with his youth and offensive background he’ll fit perfectly here

Agree if it is not Lane train give me Dilly!

People literally want this guy because of a press conference attitude. It’s mind blowing
Do a dive into his teams, the stats paint a picture that shows a ridiculously penalized team that is very inefficient. This year and last year. He’s not ready. Be real

“Lane stuff got too loud”
As if he wasn’t the top choice since BK got fired.
At this point I’m wondering who will actually have egg on their face at the end of all this

Hate to be that guy, but who has the day tomorrow? I'm a planner. Drives my kids crazy.

Riley scares the hell out of me. I know they’ve looked better this year but last year didn’t they have a horrible record. And it still looks like the same ole soft Riley any time they play a tough team. I think he’d get eaten alive in the SEC with about 4 to 5 losses most years.

You be fricking real you cannot be that stupid you think folks just want Dillingham because he’s great in press conferences ? No theirs actually proof of concept he turned around a bad ASU program in 2 years and got them to the playoffs. Before ASU, he’s a great OC at multiple stops and was a big part of Bo nix’s development at Oregon.
Even this year when his team has been best up by injuries including his starting qb out for the seaosn and his star wr missing multiple games he has them at 7-3 with Jeff fricking sims , one of the worst qbs in the country, at QB.
Don’t wanna hear shite about he only made the playoffs cause he was carried by skatebbo either . We didn’t know who tf cam wa before he went to ASU. He came from Sacramento freaking state Dillingham was the one who recruited him out of the portal and got him to come to ASU so does he not get credit for having a good eye for talent ? Some of yall are freaking ridiculous and truly won’t give any non kiffin candidate a real look. Were Saban’s teams at Michigan state perfect before he came to LSU?

Back to back years of one of the most penalized teams in the country.
Extremely inefficient in the red zone - both years.
Bad on 3rd down - both years
He’s 7-3, with the real possibility of 8-4.
None of that should get you the lsu job. He has a lot left to learn, and you don’t learn at LSU.

If Dillingham got the job, over/under 2 days before the purple and gold "Dilly Dilly" shirts came out?

So you’re dying on 3 stats to completely diminish the rest of the work he’s done at Arizona State during his tenure? 3 stats overshadow how he’s built that program , how he went in and got guys like Levett, tyson , and cam into the program ? I’m glad you’re not in charge of this search lol completely ignoring the program a coach inherited and how he’s rebuilt it in your criteria is flat out idiotic.
By your criteria Nick Saban is the only qualified fricking candidate for this job. Ole Miss is one of the most penalized teams in the country their literally ranked 25th for penalty yards , which is higher then Arizona state , at 93. So by your criteria , lane kiffin shouldn’t be an option either ?
