That stadium is impressive AF. Had a chance to do the self-guided tours on multiple occasions while in Madrid for work.

They want to do what the NBA and MLB have done for years. Get rid of lazy Americans just there for the paycheck and replace with more talented guys that will play for less. Bonus is the global market.

European soccer is like NFL and CFB rolled into one.
The support is rabid and loyal like CFB but the money rolls in like the NFL.
