We scored 23 on something like the 125 ranked scoring defense. Yes, MVB’s mobility helped a few times, but it didn’t translate much into points. Defense was the MVP not MVB.

Why can't we just be happy and give credit where it is due?

More of the staff will be gone at the end of the season, so let the guys enjoy the win.

Defense made big stands, but also got gashed on the ground, too. Offense still has their typical problems, but they actually made big plays when they needed them in the 4th qtr, especially MVB and Berry.

I'm actually quite proud of the effort by the players, coaches, and also the fans who showed up. Everybody could've quit after going down 14-0 early, but they gritted that one out. You could tell the whole team was engaged and fired up in the 2nd half.

We didn’t turn the ball over, ran the ball well, and played sound defense. That was enough.

MVB made more plays today - 3 or 4, than Nuss made all season. Yes, we're still a bad team. Nonetheless, we got a win!~

The offense may be bad, but special teams is a special kind of bad.

I am happy to see a little more push from Oline I think the big guys being able to get down field helped a lot. Like the screen game a lot better drawing the pass rush in before dumping. I saw progress.
MVP isn’t the most accurate but he evaded the pass rush well enough and the best we have had a qb of the last two years.

I think the sweet spot would be a 2 qb system but I’m not positive. I think we can squeeze more out of the offense with designated plays for each qb to target different things then by Oklahoma maybe have both QBs run I g some of the same plays. But mvb obviously doesn’t have the accuracy of nuss at time and nuss obviously doesn’t not have the accuracy of mvb on the run. Have to play them both I believe

Still not good but better. Nuss might need more rest to get over his injury.

23 points. Against the worst defense of the season besides Southeastern.

MVB did some good with his legs, hit a deep pass, threw another nice one, and threw a basketful of horrific passes. He was lucky not to be intercepted multiple times. He would have been, but Arky sucks.

Not sure what you saw but other than a few throws on the run and the big run where he looked about as fast as me, he is not the savior nor is he marginally better than Nuss.

I don't understand why people can't fathom just how poorly coached this o-line is. The QB is not the sole reason this season fell apart. Play calling, sub-par coaching and wxecution of this supposed high talent o-line is what collapsed this season.

All of that said, I hope he stays and develops into a quality starting SEC QB.

This season is completely shot and most of these coaches are going to be gone next year anyway. Just enjoy a win. We haven’t had one since early October.

Well yea. The backup isn’t going to come in and Varsity Blues this MFer and go win a championship.

The HC and QBC/OC were fired a couple of weeks ago and the OL coach is a dead man walking. I’m not sure what you were expecting.

What a great attitude. They should let you address the team tomorrow.
