I like that matchup for LSU honestly... Essentially you've got 2 of if not the best defense's in the SEC going at it with mediocre offenses....

LSU’s offense is just downright bad
And Oklahoma’s offense with a healthy Mateer is a touch better than mediocre.

I see an Oklahoma team that is very similar to LSU actually.
LSU’s defense actually held Alabama to less points and yards against Alabama than OU’s did.
Both teams have young inexperienced offensive lines and therefore weak running games.
The difference is they have a little better quarterback play, mostly due to Mateer being pretty good with his legs. That is the only difference between them only having 2 losses and LSU having 4

I think LSU’s defense can hold them in check but it is hard to see the LSU offense doing anything on the road against that D.
