The fact that they only lost by two points, considering the number of times they were outrebounded, is outstanding. That's why Kim is so serious about winning the rebound battle when they play. It was almost a 2:1 difference tonight. :geauxtigers:

You're referring to earlier in the game when they had 10 minutes left. Going for it on 4th down after a timeout on your own 34 is stupid. Especially when they had only stopped Ole Miss once in the second half. I'm referring to their last drive where they settled for 3 instead of going for a TD on 4th and goal... It became clear that they "wouldn't" stop Ole Miss the rest of the night.... This is textbook being conservative. No feel for the game whatsoever. That's what made Saban so great, and I hated it :geauxtigers:

That's what happens when you're conservative... Have to go for the TD after all those PI calls instead of settling for the FG. They only stopped Ole Miss once in the second half... Can't put your defense back out on the field and expect them to win it for you. Text book poor game management. :geauxtigers:

Piss poor conservative coaching will get you beat every time in the big games... Should've gone for the TD instead of the FG when they got all of those PI calls. Kirby cost his team the game, especially since they didn't stop them the entire second half except once... :geauxtigers:

Should’ve called time out before that play. I saw that coming when they only had 4 seconds to get up to the line and snap the ball.
Supposedly he got that injury last week and played through it against Arkansas. I kind of figured he wouldn’t play this game. Have no idea why Whit suited up, it’s not healed yet.
It was reported that Delane has a core injury…
