High-tech solutions are becoming part of everyday life
In Germany, the CA-1 robotic kitchen can prepare up to 120 dishes per hour without a single human cook.
It’s a compact glass station with two robotic arms that collects ingredients, cooks, serves the food, and even washes the dishes on its own.
The system runs on Circus’s AI platform and is installed in a REWE supermarket in Düsseldorf.
Shoppers can order a hot meal on the spot using a screen or voice command. Prices start at €6, and cooking takes just a few minutes.
The robot adjusts stirring speed, monitors ingredients with sensors, and keeps the quality consistent. Between orders, the kitchen performs a full self-cleaning cycle.
The technology is also being considered for hospitals, universities, factories, and autonomous military catering.

Once those humanoid robots get a mouth…

Why wasn't the washing shown? And I'm pretty sure Japan has had this for a while now.

think about the all the problems in the world caused by some guy chasing tail or the BILLIONS spent just to get a few minutes to roll around in the hay.
the thirst traps and onlyfans business model would collapse overnight.

I didn't see any actual cooking going on, just mixing of prepared ingredients. It didn't even look like any heat was involved until the dish was pushed into the other chamber.
No thanks.

Bland, tasteless, overpriced meals...sounds like something the lazy and low-IQ would flock to.
So places already known for dismal, cookie-cutter menus. Basically little different than current industrially prepared meals, just shrunk down for a market nobody really exists in.
