Lane Kiffin
Nick Saban
Jeff Brohm
Eli Drinkwitz

With McKernan's comments last week, I wouldn't be shocked if these were 4 of the finalists.

Well the problem with this list is...

Saban isnt coming out of retirement because Ms Terry said so.
Kiffin has no incentive to come to this circus currently. We could fix that, but Christ that would take some effort at this point.
Brohm is the King of Louisville and probably isnt leaving for any job.
Drink is the most uninspiring hire ever. Terrible record against teams with a pulse. Complete product of easy scheduling early on and falling apart late.

fricking hell go get Dilly Dilly and be done with it.

The more I think about it the more I think it'll be Drink ngl

He'd keep Baker and Peoples so there wouldn't be MUCH turnover, and he could be here around Thanksgiving

Scratch Saban and add Dilly and it could be someone from that list.

Drink wouldn’t be an awful choice but he’s such a dork to me

If LSU ends up with that fricking nerd Drinkwitz, everyone in the athletic department needs to be burned at the stake. They could have just kept Kelly if they wanted to lose every meaningful game on the schedule.

Easily the top 2 and most discussed. Both are in play, but there is a better chance we end up with Lane than Saban.

Jeff Brohm

Dude has turned programs around in short order and punches up successfully quite a bit. He could be awesome at LSU and his current salary isn't high. Louisville is his alma mater, but if he left to go to LSU and it didn't work out, I think he could go back to Louisville at any point and they would welcome him back with open arms.

I like him as a coach. I think he's tapped out Mizzou's potential as a program. I just think at $9M/yr currently he's too expensive for what he would bring.

It’s Kiffin or bust.

Saban would be great but don’t know how realistic that actually is. The others are meh

Idiots would be mad, but I think there is a chance he'd end up being even better than Kiffin at way less cost
