What if it was Nuss all along and not the OL?

MVB appeared to play just fine behind that OL, in fact in the red zone they moved the pocket again with MVB assuming protection issues and Bama was prepared for it and had a free shot at MVB that ruined the drive
Let. MVB. Cook.

Curious how you feel like scoring 3 points in a quarter and a half with the only points coming directly after a turnover on your side of the field is “playing just fine”. I mean it wasn’t all on MVB but the offense as a whole was extremely dysfunctional yet again.

Because we all have eyes and saw him move the ball despite referee interference and dropped passes

5/11, 52 yards, 2 sacks, and a fumble to ice the game.
What game were you watching?

I was watching Green drop a pass that would have went for forever amount of yards

He obviously moved the ball much better than Nuss. Nuss may be the better qb but his injuries handicap him. We need mvb in the game for the rest of the season

No he didn't. I hope he gets most of the snaps, but he wasn't significantly better

I watched Nebraska's game last night vs. UCLA. Dylan Raiola who is their equivalent of Nuss is out for the season w/ injury. He was getting sacked 5+ times a game. He was sacked 9x in one game, and everybody blamed the OL. Last night they played a true freshman QB who is mobile - he finished 13/15 with 3 TDs and zero sacks. Just sayin.

Well MVB didn’t do any of that last night and was sacked more than Nuss. Just saying

His drives had 22 plays for 44 yards. That is literally 2 yards per play. We did in fact not move the ball very efficiently. Nuss was not much better at 3.95 yards per play.

Did you not watch the game last night?
The O line is by far the boggiest issue on the team. Multiple opponents have beaten the o line rushing only 3
Nuss’ problem is that he can literally do nothing to help mitigate it. At least MVB gives a bit of an opportunity to make plays with his legs in that situation.
But don’t fool yourself, the O line is problem 1-10

Nuss’ lack of pocket feel has been a huge issue the last two seasons. Some of it is OL but a lot of it is him.

Have you watched any games?
Lsu rushed for 135 against SLU and hasn’t improved much throughout the season. Teams were killing Nuss all season long rushing 3. Nuss proved last year he is capable with a decent, not great, OL.

Am I supposed to ignore the jail breaks I witnessed with my own eyes?

Then you didnt watch oline play this season. It looks like we got O lineman off the street and hour before game time and threw them out there.

The online is bad.
Don’t be fooled by a QB who can move a little.
They do not pass block well and they do not run block well. As a whole, it is the worst position group on the team.

Then maybe LSU should grab him through the portal.

You left out 6 rushes for 1 yd. The fact is, the current LSU o-line is beyond trash. However, the funny thing is that Berry still averaged over 5 yards a carry, and he barely touched the ball in the 2nd half. They should have given Berry 20 plus carries.
