I travel for work to the Pacific NW for work quite a bit. Truly beautiful part of the country, but you do have to admit the people are weird as frick.

Believe it or not, there are baws in Washington state and Seattle a big enough city where it’s possible to live a normal, happy life and rarely interact with the undesirables.

My understanding is eastern Washington is normal. Most of the state outside of Seattle is pretty normal as far as ideology. Sort of like California when you get out of the cities.

My son and I were up there for a weekend in May of last year. Went to a Mariners game and then down the street to the club where all the grunge bands played in the late 80’s and early 90’s and then just a little further down we went into a little spot for some food around 1 am.
I was pretty impressed with this baw in there and the shirt he was wearing in downtown Seattle at 1 am…
