What was the reasoning to wait till now and does this even have a chance?

I would bet the House will vote to approve. Now, getting 2/3 in the Senate for removal is another story.

Prolly his involvement in Arctic Frost. Congress mad that he had the temerity to treat them how the system has been treating Trump for 10 years.

Don’t think it has any chance, the house will have to have a majority vote to impeach, if and when it goes to the senate, it would have to be a two thirds majority to impeach him. I don’t see that happening

The 2/3 majority basically guarantees any federal judge life time appointment. That is why it is so important. It is crazy.

Is there a difference between "officially filed" and just "filed"?

Have a few temu lawyers.

Very selective in which legal threads they play in.

Weird

That's my congressman! My ex-congressman, Burgess, never did anything but vote with Rinos

to tie him up in front of congress for an impeachment inquiry, thus putting him on the sidelines while important shite is happening in the courts that he can't be a part of.

Can’t get 60 votes to open the gov’t. You think we can 67 to remove a judge?

I am not sure I even care about the senate vote - the trial will be must see tv and overseen by Roberts - my guess is that if impeached he resigns
