Dems sue USDA for trying to fund out how many illegal aliens getting Welfare

If tweet fails to load, click here. The Democrats have filed a lawsuit against the USDA for trying to find out how many illegal aliens are receiving welfare benefits.
D.O.G.E.:
“This literally blew us away. We went there to find fraud, and we found this by accident.
We were like, what is this? In 2021, you see 270,000 people — it goes all the way up to 2.1 million in 2024. These are illegal aliens who are getting Social Security numbers.
The defaults in the system — from Social Security to all of the benefit programs — have been set to max inclusion, MAX PAY for these people, and minimum collection.
We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid, as an example. In every benefit program we reviewed, we found individuals from this particular group — about 5.5 million people — receiving benefits.
So we took a sample and looked at voter registration records, and we found people from this population registered to vote.
Yes — who did vote. We found they actually did vote.
I just want you to know this: the truly disturbing thing to me — the darkest thing about all this — is that the voter fraud is terrible.”
In other words: you’ve been Deceived. Robbed. Extorted. Blackmailed — and Betrayed.

These states are stonewalling because they know the fraud is massive. When you hide the books, it’s never to protect the honest folks—it’s to cover up the rot. Meanwhile, the states that did cooperate are already exposing exactly the kind of abuse the left swears doesn’t exist.

End all SNAP payments to any state that fails to comply with existing laws and/or requests for records by authorities.

The "above the fray!" moderates on here will tell you that this is out of context, the lawsuit doesn't mean what the headline says it means, Trump is trying to deflect from the shutdown being his fault, etc.

"These are illegal aliens who are getting Social Security numbers" Yep, Joe "The Crook" Biden and his pals stole Social Security when they did away with the Social Security Lock Box back in the eighties. But first they did the "Bait and Switch" routine. So it's no surprise to me they're still stealing Social Security today.
It's our money and we want it back.

The argument is:
They arent illegal they are refugees or here legally awaiting their court date.
Thus they have to survive so they must work.
So we have to give them SS# for them to legally work in the US.
That is all bullshite. ITIN numbers were specifically designed for temporary work for aliens. Why on earth would they need ss#.....there can only be one reason, which we are now finding out.
On a sidenote, dems did not "steal the key to the lockbox" in the 80s, it started in the 60s. Kennedy signed off on the bill to take the interest ss accrued. LBJ started doing it and every president since. Had they left it alone it would have created trillions in interest. Its a dirty little secret and why we suddenly think "oh wow people are living longer".
Then we changed the standards for disabled to hangnails and headaches. Then we let millions of illegals thief the entire system by giving them access to medical, small business loans, housing, etc.

Playing Devil's Advocate for a moment, because this kind of shite by blue states chaps my arse to no end, but for clarification, which federal laws exist that should compel the blue states to comply with federal requests for those records and which laws exist that allow Fed/Gov to sue and force release?
The 'lawsuits' didn't seem to be named or linked. If anyone has that info, the lawsuit would indicate what laws are in play.

Easy fix - If they don't submit their data they don't receive federal funding for any of these programs. If they submit inaccurate data all federal funding ceases for these programs until satisfactorily proven by the state to be corrected.
