I thought about him too. If you look at his record he has dodged Ohio State, Michigan, and penn State a lot. He’s been there 8 years now. He’ll finish around 8-4 this year. Only 44 years old. 7-20 vs. top 25. Wouldn’t be my last choice, but I’d rather go up and comer.

There’s a reason he’s never made it farther than Minnesota… should stay there. Dude has massive bust written all over him at a major program. He’s been there since 2017 and no one has gone after him, and that should tell you all you need to know.

I think Fleck is a good coach, but he's perfect at a program with a ceiling like Minnesota. He keeps them respectable and wins bowls almost every year, and they seem fine with that.
I feel like the expectations at elite programs would eat him alive.

He took the UGA job then backed out to stay at Kansas only to leave for Minnesota a year later and then ride off into obscurity.
