I would guess yes (at least for a bit)....I can't picture these last-minute rulings by judges being implemented on Halloween night in some meaningful way to affect what happens on a weekend (11/1-11/2).

I went and stocked up yesterday. I dont want to be dealing with these idiots in week 2 and 3 of them cut off. They gonna be stealing turkeys from people in the parking lots.

Would be wonderful if it motivated people to do better for themselves. But it won’t. They will continue to be leeches on society (most of them)

I was behind this "lady" inside the gas station today and heard her complaining about the possibility of her benefits being cut off...as she was buying some scratch offs. Then she went to play one of those pseudo poker machines.

I was buying some candy last night at target and used the self-check out. Whomever was there before me left without paying (they rang it all up and then never closed the tab) their $179 bill.
