Watching Tua play tonight and I can’t help but think the concussions he has sustained may actually have altered his brain. He makes boneheaded decisions constantly, and his passes sometimes are seriously questionable decisions. I think he truly is suffering some type of permanent damage. He should not be playing.

the Dolphins are a quick read offense. They beat the frick out of Atlanta who were not ready last week.

The Ravens are getting right health wise on offense and defense.

He makes amateur plays though. Had two intentional grounding calls tonight, when defenders were not really even near him to cause it. Slant throws he’s like 5 yards behind the guys . Mentally he just is not sharp as he once was.

The refs were brutal to Miami all night

Tua is very accurate but has never really played behind a good Oline.

yeah, once he's rattled it's over.

but the Ravens are coming back to form. It looks like anyway.

Tua is going to be one of those blaming the NFL in 20 years because he has severe brain and neurological issues. He needed to retire.

People have been saying this for 3 seasons now but he hasn't had anymore concussions. And hes making $50 MM a year

He should definitely not retire - he's making generational wealth for his family.

What I noticed is that his feet look incredibly slow on his drops. He looks like a guy recovering from multiple knee injuries.

His arm strength is shot and is no threat to run. Tough combo in the NFL

Yea, questionable talent, no longer has prime tyreek and the roster around him has declined for a variety of reasons including his own pay day

Add in the weird leadership/culture issues ongoing

Not shocking he hasn’t stepped up and is instead regressing

Unless he is a retard with money, he has already made enough so the next 4 generations of his family will never have to work a day in their lives.

if they don't mess up those calls in the 1st half, the 2nd half would have been a different game

This is my observation as well. Tua is great on a play fake followed by a quick throw to a spot. If he has to actually sit in the pocket and go through progressions he struggles.

I don’t know how much it contributes to his play but there’s no way his brain isn’t fricked up. Guy has suffered numerous likely serious concussions.

And add in all the numerous injuries he’s had going back to HS and he’s going to be in a world of constant pain as well post retirement.

Especially that horrible hip injury he had on his last play at Bama and I think that permanently affected some of his abilities. His mobility was worse after that and his already not strong arm got weaker

He should’ve retired a few years ago

He seems to have noticably regressed regardless.

This is what I have noticed this year. For all his other faults, Tua has always been accurate when throwing the ball. This year, he's missed some wide open, easy throws. And by a country mile.
