Kind of frustrating listening to Moscosa talk about the $54 mil buyout as a given.

He mentions zero mitigating factors that will reduce the $54 million buyout to $25 or even $20 AND that the buyout can be paid over time. The key mitigating factor being the "morality clause".
It's not only Moscona running with line of $54 million dollar payout it's also national media guys too.
The buyout terms should be released in due time and I highly suspect that it's not $54 million. It's going to be 20-25 million over two to three years.

I don't give a shite about the buyout. LSU has or will have the money for it, and they will have the money for the new staff and NIL. If we have that concern, you think the boosters who are forking over many millions of dollars to get this done didn't also have that concern? People aren't going to give up that kind of money without assurances that the rest will work out as well.

My issue with Moscona is he is showing his bias here in embarrassing fashion.
It’s clear BK liked Moscona and gave him preferential treatment, so Moscona clearly didn’t want to criticize him.
He is almost coming off as that kid in the divorce who doesn’t want to believe all the shite is true and believe the fairy tale.
It’s odd to protect a guy like Kelly even after firing, given all we know now about how shitty he was.

The morality clause is rumor mill bullshite. Think about it for more than 30 seconds and it’s laughable to think LSU has held on to dirt for years and just now will try to leverage it after the on-the-field product went to shite.
What you’re looking for here is the mitigation clause. We as LSU should be hoping that BK has a good investment firm and doesn’t want to work anymore. Our leverage is that he has to continue in good faith to find another job for as long as we are paying him, unless he accepts a lesser lump sum.

He's the type of person that has to be right about everything. If you call him out for being wrong he gets defensive and acts like a bitch. When everyone in the comments was giving him shite about supporting Kelly in his postgame show after A&M he was calling everyone fricksticks and just being an all around dick. He used to be very good at what he did and then became an engagement farmer and his stuff has just been unbearable since. The whole bama is burning bit is so annoying now that bama might be good post-saban and LSU is looking for a new coach.
