Considering success and price

Depends,
Probably the safest because he probably cost the least and can fire him if things don’t go well in 3 years.
Smartest, idk, Napier just came from a smaller Louisiana school to Florida and we saw how that turned out.

Only safe and smart if we can get his name right.

Equivalency of hiring boudin billy 4 years ago.

How is a guy who has never coached anywhere near the level of this job the safest

Can we get Saban? Sounds ridiculous but is it really thar far fetched?

When the fan base can't even spell the coach's name right, you know it will be interesting.

Definitely not the Safest. He's a risk.
Of realistic candidates, someone like Drink or Kiffin are the safest. They are already doing it at lesser programs in the SEC.

So now we are thinking strategically? A value added bargain is what we move to after just one day? Are you kidding me?
No disrespect to coach Sumral, but we need to hit a HR with this hire.

He died in 2013, but still doing TV commercials for True Value Hardware Stores.
That’s… True… Value.

I was saying Napier and Summerall is similar too but thinking about it, Napier wasnt tapped into Florida recruiting. Summerall is in Louisiana. Pair that with Frank Wilson. Surround that with coordinators and maybe it could work?

I don't see much difference between him and Napier.

And his daughter is Trump's Chief of Staff...
Still relevant after all these years!

Sumrall is a decent choice and you can save $50 million in the process. Fritz, Key,Lea and Petrino look doable also.Lanning and Lane not coming.
Not sure Cig or Drink are good fits for the Bayou. If Frank wins out, make him HC.
