Pay him less than the buy out paperwork states and give a 2 or 3 year audition while Penn State pays for him. If not him then someone with a west coast offense or Kelvin

Is Franklin more likeable than Kelly? Probably. Is likability the reason Kelly got fired? No. Inability to change, adapt, and win competitive games is why and frankly there isnt too much of a difference between he and Kelly. High floor low ceiling kind of thing. Give me somebody that has the potential to raise the ceiling.

Franklin is more likeable. But PSU couldnt win a big to save their life. I have friend that is a PSU grad and he always complains about this.
