4cubbies, OT but what was the name of that beautiful flowering vine?

Getting some stuff for the wifey for the yard and wanted to get some. Its a fruit down here that is quite common but I never knew the plant flowered that pretty....and I cant remember.

I can’t think of a fruit vine like that, but consider Bougainvillea; it is a beautiful flowering vine that blooms from early October until the first big freeze.

Passionfruit vine for sure. I have a massive one. It attracts the Gulf fritillary butterfly. You can get a small cutting and it will grow the size of a car in a few months.

Taking the ferry to Tobago next week, I asked them if they might fly an American flag along with a Trini one.
We have a US destroyer docking here Sunday for a few days, with some marines to train with our guys. A clear sign of Rubio saying "say haalllo to me leettttle freend".
As the Caribbean goes, Trinidad is far more pro US, particularly pro Trump, than Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands.
