Clearly this is an attempt to jettison Bobby Petrino at seasons end.

Freedom OF Religion is hard for some folks.
I believe the left is dyslexic and can’t read that from Our Constitution without reading it as: Freedom From Religion.
The Left has dumped all over public education and turned it into a dumpster fire by excluding morality, accountability, and actual teaching.
I laugh at the idea that every year their fix for any issue is simply more $$$$.

How is a law requiring this freedom? Maybe hang these in the Oval Office instead, where our great Christian president, who paid 130,000 to frick a beat up porn pussy, sits. I guess that sloppy wizard sleeve is what god wanted.

The Bible and the Ten Commandments really trigger you demon leftists.

Good for ARK here. What other states passed this law so far? I know of LA and TX. Is LAs on total state hold? Iirc TX has a partial state hold, but orgs are pushing hard into other parts of the state to get them donated.
Lefties pushing ghey shite for years into schools complaining about this is laughable.

You can't be saved by the law(s).
Jesus fulfilled Sabbath. He IS Sabbath rest. Now, behave yourselves, you heathens.

Seems like this has been challenged in the past and found unconstitutional.

I prefer the other set of 10 commandments from Exodus 34, which are supposed to be a copy of the ones from exodus 20 - the ones about observing all the festivals, sacrificing the firstborn and first fruits, seeing the face of Yahweh 3 times a year, how Yahweh friggin HATEs yeast, and the prohibition of boiling a baby goat in its mother’s milk.

Wow, you are mighty smug for someone so ignorant.

“The” 10 commandments (the ones from Exodus 20) even triggered Jesus (the mythical pacifist leftist character who is not a historical person - in reality). To him, those commandments weren’t good enough.
quote:
21“You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment.’
22But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the helle of fire.
Not murdering isn’t good enough. Don’t even get angry!
quote:
27“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’
28But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
Don’t even check out that chicks’ arse and tell your buddy you would bang her!
quote:
38“You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.’
39But I say to you, Do not resist the one who is evil. But if anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.
Jesus doesn’t see eye to eye with an eye for an eye! You have to do better.
quote:
43“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’
44But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
45so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
No longer can you hate your enemies as Yahweh did when he made his arrows drunk with blood and his sword devoured their flesh. You must be better than that.
To Jesus, the Law of Moses was an ancient minimum, but to enter his kingdom and to be saved, one must be much better and DO much better (not just say “Lord, Lord” for the Protestant heretics).

“Now the most excellent five were of this character, they related to the monarchial principle on which the world is governed; to images and statues, and in short to all erections of any kind made by hand; to the duty of not taking the name of God in vain; to that of keeping the holy seventh day in a manner worthy of its holiness; to paying honour to parents both separately to each, and commonly to both. So that of the one table the beginning is the God and Father and Creator of the universe; and the end are one's parents, who imitate his nature, and so generate the particular individuals. And the other table of five contains all the prohibitions against adulteries, and murder, and theft, and false witness, and covetousness” -Philo: The Decalogue, 51
This division is really old. It wasn’t until Augustine that the removal of the graven images as the second commandment and splitting covetousness started gaining ground.

You must also like that Philo worshipped the Logos as a second god, the firstborn of creation, the eldest angel and the son of God - through him all things were made, and he was one in will with God and made of the same substance. But he had never heard of Jesus.

Verse 1 clearly states that God would write the same commandments from chapter 20 on the tablets God commanded Moses to cut.
The commands from chapter 34 are expansions, not replacements.
