about the game tomorrow. Have a pissed off hungry team that put in some good work this week ready to take the field Saturday night. Hopefully the fans do their part tomorrow too.

This is not a knock on the players, but this coaching staff apparently doesn't know what a good week of preparation is. We are still hearing the same old line of BS from the head coach after every loss. This complimentary football tag line is like an ear worm to me. Frickin' carpetbagger!!

I feel pretty good about it myself. I think we won ugly in a good way... playing awful defense. Those guys ought to come out on freaking fire this week. Also, Green did most of the damage on his own. We put pressure on him quite a bit and he just took off for big gains and big plays. Nuss simply does not have that kind of ability and isn't close to Green in terms of a running threat.
LSU is really up against it this week. IF we lose it will be because we turned the ball over 3+ times. Really the only shot LSU has is if their defense creates turnovers and their offense does not.

If we beat Aggie, it will be a solid win to bring us some additional confidence going into the rest of the season.
If we get scorched, which I think we will, it will be a catalyst to get our clown coach gone pecan sooner than later.

I truly feel like this is a 50/50 game just because it's at home. Because I have little faith in this offense to make plays in important moments, I think this game will come down to how many times our defense can make some major game changing plays with turnovers and big 3rd/4th down stops. I think offense will do just barely enough to give the defense a shot to carry us to a win. Basically, we need a perfect Blake Baker game, and we need Harold Perkins to show tf up. Getting Gooden and Butler back is huge.
Fingers are crossed that we can get some Death Valley magic to somehow spring this offense into finishing in the redzone. A&M, Bama, Arkansas, and OU are all well above average in that regard, so not finishing drives isn't an option for the remainder of the season. We have to find a way to go from be a grossly inefficient offense to being serviceable.

Eh, being a big fan kind of has crazy baked into it. I want them to win too, but I think all of us have seen enough of this Oline to know that they are going to get blown the frick up.....again, and that Sloan will refuse to run sweeps, or fake sweeps which would slow down the upfield rushes some.
