That's because everyone can play cover 2 man.......keep everything in front because we can't run the ball.

Can we add a color for drops?

Wut

Some of this is because the defense being played and shown dictates you don't throw deep and some because of his injury.

I feel like Hilton dropped half of these

Exactly right. But BK says it’s his best o-line!

seems to be missing the Ole Miss interception

Damn, didn't realize it was that bad...
ONE attempt over 40 yards
ONE completion over 25 yards
ONE touchdown over 20 yards
He is simply not the same QB as he was last year, heartbreaking

1 of 15 on passes beyond 25 yards.
I'll admit though, that I am a little surprised how many passes have been over the middle. Thought for sure when I saw this pass map that there would be massive concentrations of his passes behind the line of scrimmage to the sidelines. There are a lot of them, but not as concentrated as I thought they'd be.

I think this thing is also missing Zavion Thomas's catch in first quarter against Ole Miss...it was caught 28 yards from the line of scrimmage, on the right hash.

Does it represent air yards or include YAC?

The blue dots are depressing

I count ~58 attempts at or behind the line of scrimmage and roughly 60 attempts between the line of scrimmage and five yards down field. So a little over 50% of our pass attempts are thrown at the five yard mark or shallower

165 completions on the year. I only count 30 that were thrown beyond 10 yards. Thats 18%

It looks like 75% of our passes are 10 yards or less. No wonder we can't sustain drives.

And Sloan was a "passing coordinator" at other universities? Either he's completely lost or he's being given directives from BK. Either way, it's not working.

So he's only good when he throws behind the line of scrimmage..
