Removing tile thinset

What is the best way to remove thinset? I rented one of those electric machines that removes the tile with a vibrating plate, but it left majority of the thinset on the floor. Best option I found is the floor maintainer and a diamabrush pad from Home Depot. Curious to see if there are better ...
If the 5-day soil temp average needs to be 70 degrees for the fall app of pre, does the same go for the spring app or is it a different temp average?...

I do 20 sets of 30 sec row 30 sec rest. Every once in a while I'll try the 2000M in 7 minutes, it never happens tho. Lol...

I don't have one, but I've done a lot research. I think Recteq* (they changed their name) is the best bang for your buck. Of course Grilla, Pitts & Spitts, Yoder, Mak are nice, but on the higher end. I have my mind set on getting the recteq 590 with comp cart....
