BREAKING: A senior official in the FL AG's office tells me initial results of their investigation into Harjinder Singh, the Indian illegal alien truck driver charged w/ killing 3 people in a crash in FL in August, reveal Singh failed his CDL test 10 times in a 2-month window between 3/10/2023 and 5/5/2023 in the state of Washington.

Additionally, I'm told Singh also failed his air breaks knowledge test twice, and that the Washington company that provided Singh's behind the wheel CDL training attested he could speak English proficiently, when he couldn't.

The FL AG investigation is ongoing and I'm told there's more to come.

The FL AG’s office also sued California and Washington via SCOTUS last week, asking SCOTUS to prevent both states from issuing CDLs to illegal immigrants, and accusing both states of not complying with federal safety and immigration status requirements when issuing CDLs.

They fricked that up about every way imaginable. There has to be an extensive audit of every person Washington and similar states have given a CDL.

Florida should immediately bar all CDL holders from Washington from operating in Florida

I'd venture to say that there are still states openly issuing CDLs to illegals with zero regard

Again my question is can the people in WA who approved the CDL be held criminally or civilly liable?

California CHIPs point blank saying they do not enforce English proficiency and DO NOT INSPECT trucks when truck driver cannot communicate in English.

Cop secretly recorded starts at 6:00 mins.

is it because of the "truck driver shortage" we hear so often? is the industry so desperate ?

I find it hard to believe there arent enough White, Black or Hispanic Americans drivers to find these spots

How scary is it knowing you're on the road with your family and that you are sharing the road with unqualified truckers

It’s because Americas truck drivers overwhelmingly voted for Trump in 2020.

Biden appointed butt chug as secretary of transportation, who immediately took maternity leave.

He then set policy that would destroy the transportation industry.

Citizens of Florida (and every other state) have a gun held to their head and taxes collected at the pump to fund highway projects, including federal highways.

Interstate highways have weigh stations where CDLs are required to stop. Nothing -NOTHING - can stop states from checking for citizenship at these points and denying criminals further use of the highway.

Send ICE to the weigh stations. States who want to keep these criminals rolling can do so within their state and with other like-minded states if they prefer.

It’s not on CA or WA to police Florida. Florida can, and should. Realistically Florida shouldn’t have a problem as these criminals should be handcuffed in AL or GA before arriving.

If only they would just keep working at convenience stores, restaurants and corporate customer service phone banks, the roads would be safer.

And have their arse sued off as well. None of this bullshite "I was just doing as I was told". A frickin sicario cant use that as an excuse, neither can a person who is enabling an incompetent driver kill people.

It would also send a great example to the overwhelmingly liberal federal workforce who approve people by the 100s of thousands for SS disability, SNAP etc. who should never be on the programs.

I’ve seen more Texas plates around the NO area than I’ve ever seen before.

So another one of those things that isn't happening is happening like illegals getting free housing, welfare, healthcare and voting. How long until we are told why this one is also actually good?

Somewhere is an owner of a trucking company that sponsored this guy to increase profit margins. Go after him.

What would happen if an airline started hiring untrained pilots from Afghanistan? We wouldn't be giving the airline a pass and just blaming the pilot.

Going after the trucking owners will fix this.
