What is the purpose of the Poli Board?

I think it’s a place for those who lean right to make post that condemn anything they disagree with. It’s also a place where those who lean right to voice what they do support and believe deeply in. Can we agree on that?
My post should be as noncontroversial as saying the VFW is for veterans but it won’t be. I’ll be attacked.

Sorry to hurt your feelings. The Poli Board is where people go to air thier ideologies. It swings right because the leftists cant rationally defend shooting the president, killing a Christian spokesperson, judges trying to run the day-to-day operations of the govt, children being transitioned in schools, provided birth control, oriented to deviant life choices, all without parents knowledge, and one side of the political aisle walking away from crimes that the other side gets max sentences for
When you cant defend those issues, you scurry from here and back to the OT, reddit, or DU and complain

Not exactly. Anyone of any political persuasion can post their stance. The majority of the posters here lean right/libertarian so if it's going to be some sort of progressive wet-dream bit of reality denial, expect it to get rebutted and ridiculed hard. However, that does not mean they can't post nor does it change the purpose of the board.

At least you can post here even if you aren't a conservative. Just go to DU and post anything that even hints at being conservative leaning and you'll get banned immediately.

The Political Left is absolutely bankrupt in the arena of constructive ideas, initiatives and solutions. Absolutely bankrupt - and that is not an overstatement.
Let's take the current Government Shutdown. What is the Democrat position on why and how this happened? Their position isn't really a position at all, because their response is "Trump's fault", without any conversation of substance. The Dems CAN'T have a conversation of substance on the topic because if they tried it would be revealed that they are holding out to create chaos and suffering and that Mass Media allies will blame Trump, they they hope will redound to Dem political success in Nov 2026.
